MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2. Establishing supportive relationships with residents and encourage the development of stable relationships between staff, families, friends, and peers
3. Promoting the emotional health and self-esteem of learners and support them through changes in living circumstances and personal relationships
4. Supporting the young people in making their own choices
5. Supporting the young people in the community
