MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The specific accountabilities of this role will be flexible and may change to meet the needs of the service users and the organisation as required but will include or be equivalent in nature to those listed below:

1. Supporting people with social and physical activities
   
2. Helping with personal care such as support with showering and dressing
   
3. Supporting people with eating and drinking
   
4. Monitoring individuals’ conditions by taking their temperature, pulse, respiration and weight, and possibly helping with medication
